two coats of BF metal sealant on my rims three months ago is still beading and sheeting water off after weekly washings...so far so good!
the only thing i have tried and have from them is Hydro...pakshak has some of the line down here and apparently the bmw/mini folks down here swear...

I have it...the wheel seal is ok in my opinion. Smells like citronella and goes on easily. Durability here in Hawai'i leaves much to be desired...

another option is using brake cleaner fluid that comes in the aerosol spray cans...but be sure it is the NON-CHLORINATED type. Spray on a towel...
to supplement Phil's response, I can see you getting 10 MAYBE 15 apps with CR if you used your hands to apply...but I prefer the traditional pad....
looks pretty good...durability is pretty good from what i've been told by several other enthusiasts down here that have them on their vehicles....
