Absolutely TRASHED Honda CRV Interior Detail by Scotty's Shi

This vehicle was sent down to the shop to prepare for resale and it appeared the previous owner kept this vehicle on a horse farm. Thus, the exterior was coated in a thick layer of mud and grime and the interior was full of dirt, sand, hay and coated on every surface with a thick layer of dust and grime. Without a doubt this was one of the dirtiest vehicles we have had in the shop in years. We started by decontaminating the paint and washing the exterior and wheels and hosing out the door jambs. After the wash we removed the floor mats and spent the better part of 2 hours just vacuuming the interior to remove as much dirt and debris as possible before we actually could get down to starting to shampoo the interior. Beginning with the dash, we thoroughly cleaned all plastic and vinyl surfaces and detailed all the vents, compartments, cupholders and map pockets and began the arduous process of shampooing the upholstery. Most of the upholstery was so dirty that we were forced to shampoo everything 2-3x before it looked acceptable. After years on the farm the interior smelled pretty bad so we shock treated the interior with a good dose from our ozone generator to kill the bad odours and help sanitize everything and finished up with cleaning the windows inside and out.
