I am getting ready to try out ZEP Heavy Duty APC. I have read some use it for carpet others use it for very plastic trim and door jams. After reading the back of the bottle it says do not use it on plastics and paint. Can someone confirm this or deny it?
i have yet to try it on paint, but i have read here that some have used it. For tires/wheels/carpet its fantastic. Only thing ive used on paint/plastics to strip LSP is dawn dish soap, but some dont approve of that either! Maybe someone more experienced will chime in, but i think ZEP APC is great to have in your arsenal when used properly
I love their citrus degreaser. I mostly use it on wheel wells/undercarriage and nasty door jambs and tires.
So far I have used it on plastic interior and door jams with no problems. Also the underside of the seats as well. Not sure how comfortable I am with trying it on paint still.
