Not sure where to put this one really. Its not rating a product, rather a product companies service. I feel this really needs to be public, its the second time I have been given the whatever by Zaino. I ordered some products from Zaino last Wednesday the 23rd of July. If your check there site it clearly states in numerous places, among one of them being the Fast and Furious slogan, "Orders placed and processed Monday through Friday prior to 3:00 PM CST, are shipped the same business day. If you provide us with your email address during checkout, we'll send you a tracking number for your order shortly after shipment." It doesn't even stop there, they keep bragging about there fast shipping. With quotes like these. "***READ THIS*** We process and ship orders so fast, we can't make changes once orders are placed! After you place your order, it could be processed and sitting on the UPS truck in a matter of minutes. Please review your order carefully now. If you need to make any additions or changes to your order, NOW is the time to do so. Once you proceed, it will be too late. Please click on "basket contents" above to make changes. Thanks! ***READ THIS***" Finally got my email from Zaino today, its been 3 business days, and my order has finally shipped. Don't take my word for it here is the email: Hello Sean, We wanted to quickly let you know that we've shipped your Zaino Bros' order and are happy to offer your tracking number. We shipped via UPS, Tracking Number: 1Z18A0190340301580 on 7/23/2009. You can track your package at the UPS website, or by clicking directly on the following link, Where's my Zaino? I'd say that's the answer. Contact them, see if maybe they can compensate you for the inconvenience. Nothing to get worked up about, it happens with any company once and a while.

I ordered the products because a customers specific request. I need the products by Wednesday. Its a week from when I ordered which I didn't suspect to be much a big deal. 5 business days for shipping will get a package here to NY from Vancouver or San Francisco. Its now Monday and they have finally shipped the order. It wont be here until after the detail now. That is why I am so worked up. I wouldn't be worked up, just upset really if they didn't garuntee same day shipping.
Sucks that it took them a while to ship it out even when they say they ship it out that day. But one thing I have learned, and you have now, is that if you need something by a certain date 1. call the company 2. try to get it locally. I know there are many Zaino dis. around the country and prob find one close to you that sells it.
I think instead of posting this here, you should of called customer service and ask them why it takes so long? Then tell them since they promise fast shipping, but it takes them so long to ship, you want a little "reward"...who knows, they might throw in a bottle of Zaino-CS...

You probably should of called them to place your order and explain you need the products before a certain date.
Critic distributor on open forum, its not rite the way to solve the prob ... Make a call n everything will be clear off ... Agreed to "Supercharged" if You lucky, they might throw some rewards for compensation of the delay ... Of course, You dun need such rewards, but any humans will miss or make mistake sometimes ... I feel sorry for you sob ... I knw, u need it badly as well ...
I spoke with Zaino today. My package was shipped to Texas somehow. Instead of alerting me of the error the decided to just pass it off. Had they called, or e-mailed I would have willing paid to have it overnighted. Basically to little to late to be honest.
I honestly thought a week lead time was enough. Especially when they post how fast their shipping is all over their website. Last time I tried to order zaino I called and they just told me to go online and order(needed it fast then). I was too put off to even order their stuff. Upon my customers request I did. Next time I dont think I will even make an order really. I am really happy with Gloss It, or Duragloss 105 as far as sealants go.
