nope its used straight. the reason i ask is cause i hear alot of people complaining about diablo ive used both and find them to be pretty equal but you gotta love the bubble gum smell of diablo

diablo wheel gel is very nice, @ 3:1 it isn't as strong as P21S gel (after many different wheels I've noticed that, not that it matters for my cars), but hey, it's very cost effective...when you want the full diablo power - you can always use it neat, no dillution... I still use P21S gel occasionally, but absolutely adore the smell of diablo gel...
