What are you guys view on these? I got into them about 2 years ago and then had a horrible allergic rxn to MuscleTech Nitrous and had the hives so bad all over my body i couldnt walk and quickly gave them up haha. Had tried many before that bad experience though. I was just wondering if there is anyone out there that can recommend me a good Mass building supplement...then ill try to dry out as much as possible. but first wanna build more mass. I have a great diet and drink plenty of water but am looking for a little extra...anyone?
Are you looking for a pre workout supplement, or just something to get you bigger? Nitrobolic (comes in a purple tub) is great for a pre workout supplement that will get you focused and make you feel like you can lift all the weights in the gym. CellMass by BSN is great for after your work out if you don't mind taking a creatine supplement.
my friend uses one called cell-tech and he's gained 4lbs in a week. MuscleTech® CELL-TECH™ HARDCORE PRO SERIES - Blue Raspberry - MUSCLETECH - GNC I use one thats better for post-work out (cardio). Trying to gain some lean muscle and lose some fat. back when i worked out lol over a year ago i put on many pounds of muscle using only this and good organized work outs. of course now im slimmed down and not as muscular from the lack of exercise, but this really did it for me. if you do use it my advice would be use milk not water
This is right up my ally. Here is what you need for muscle growth. Pre-worlout: 1.) Beta alanine 2.) Kre-Alkalyn Post workout: Same as above but add a protein shake.I personally like ON Platinum Hydrowhey. Take it no later than 30 mins. after your workout. BIG Gains! Now keep in mind that eating is key to big gains. Not only do you have to lift heavy weights...but you must ingest enough protein every day to build muscle. It takes time and genetics. But in the end you will see great results. Good luck!
:agree: I like ON strawyberry and cookies and cream. Add some L-arginine/ L-ornithine(5000-6000mg) and caffeine pills an hour before your work out for extra energy and better pumps. Also add some BCAA's pre and post workout for muscle growth and recovery.
Make sure your diet is in check before taking any suppplements. But I used BSN's stack, of Nitrix, CellMass and NO-Xplode and got some great results. But then NO-Xplode didn't function right with me so I stopped it. The thing is everyone's body will react differently to supplements so it's hard to find that right combination that works. Currently, I'm only using L-Arginine, Tribulus, and ZMA and of course a watchful diet, water and rest. Good luck! :thumb:
