Ok, maybe in wrong area. BUT. Here is why I like them, I placed an order an hour ago, within 15 minutes I got a tracking number. ON A SUNDAY. Who does that? Who, or what company out there does that? Not only are they on the ball about shipping, I can shoot an email any time of the day and I get a personal responce geared towards my question or concern. I have gotten responces at 2am sometimes.

I like to spend my money where I feel valued, and appreciated, Hats off to Phil and his crew. Yes, I stray and buy things from other places, but my core products I always buy from Phil, and this is the reason why. Phils prices, sales and overall business conduct really sets the standard if you ask me.

Im sure all of you will agree with me on this.

Thanks Phil and Detailers Domain for giving us the support we need to get the job done.

phil replys email blazingly fast and into the AMs lol makes me wonder how much sleep he gets. I do like his random out of the blue sales and freebies along with the selection and value. Just too bad I'm in Canada thus shipping and possible tax n duties kills a lot of deals :(

DD is my main source as well. Great selection, great prices, detailed descriptions, excellent customer service (so good, I haven't had to use it yet), you just can't beat all that convenience in one place.

This is a rarity in the business world, and it has my support as well! :thumb:

im west coast too, which shipping time to me is critical........ 5-7 days is average, but when a company holds or process a package and the total time is 10 days, to me that is unacceptable. I get my stuff in 7 days max usually barring no issues that are out of DD control. Ive had CG stuff take longer and they are 5 hours from me LOL

I agree Phil and the rest of the DD team are awesome. The only other place that comes close is the Adam's polishes team. Between the 2 they have a customer for life.

Congrats Kilo6_one! I haven't taken the plunge yet, no excuse either to be honest. I just missed a 20% off sale.

Detailers Domain has THE best customer service as far as I am concerned. Ultra fast shipping (order ships same day) and a great product selection keeps me doing business there.

Customer service like Detailer's Domain gives is simply not available many (if any) place.

He always has great deals going on, even his listed prices are generally lower then other sites.

The big plus is that it isn't just a label getting generated, the stuff actually does ship fast. I've ordered from places before that generate the shipping label as soon as the order is received but then it just sits there for days before the items are packed and actually shipped.

much agreed phil is very fair on his pricing verse some other places, one local detail supply store tried charging 25 dollars a box for the plastic razor blades
