I just bought a car and the passenger door and side-skirt appear to have to little white paint dots. I guess the past owner came across a freshly painted street line.

Is there any way I can remove this since its really annoying. I tried claybar and paint dissolver without success.

    Thanks.

    Try Tarminator on it too.

Last ditch effort before repaint would be some 3000 grit sand paper or some 2500 grit paper and set sand it. Then do the cut and buff from there.

    Road Paint

Most road paint is Latex (a thermoplastic) which can be removed with a d-limonene based cleaner (P21S Total Auto Wash) and / or detailer’s clay, do not use a solvent on the tyres as it may compromise the sidewall. Road Paint Remover (wipes) - TOTL
