Phil has a 500mL, 1L and 5L sizes available in the Iron-X (non soap) product.

So I know which size to order...

My question is how much would an average sedan sized vehicle use up?

    buy the 5L

You will use about about 375mL per car (about 75% of a 500mL bottle).

Should be round 100~150ml , no need to spray too much all over,
you can spray it some and agitate /rub it with soft sponge on surface.. let it work for 5 min , then rinse off.
    good luck

Hello Avi ... could you please post a vid that shows how much you actually spray on a panel? It would be great if you could use a white car for the vid. I've tried many times to use so little, but I can't seem to get enough coverage even when I use a sponge.

I've been using approx 250ml (8oz) per car so far. I spray pretty much all surfaces.

Would you think I need IronX even though I have Cquartz already applied? Or can I use a light clay to clean the surface say in half a year or will claying damage the coating? I have been wanting to get IronX but have not acted on it.

Hi Gianni , well , i dont have such, i think Misha test on white car once
you dont need to spray so much, you can spray and rub all over with soft sponge, i dont know if i can post video here, Phil need to confirm... there is good video showing how much you use for wheel cleaning.. so you can have some idea..
just do small search on ironX on youtube and you will see.

    Sorry Danny, miss that,
use the soap gel, will be great enough for you after cquartz and clay,... soft clay wont harm the cquartz,
you will see , if you will wash monthly with the IXSG you wont need much to clay even..

Thanks Avi I will pick up some ixsg. I have one more question I am worried if I get marring from my car cover will 85rd and a blue pad be ok to correct the marring or will it remove cquartz?

Most likely you wont get marrings from the car cover with Cquartz, .but if yes, 85RD with soft pad wont remover the CQ

Thank you I did get marring on it from the cover but before cquartz was applied. If I do get marring would it be wise to polish them out and then put two coats of cquartz on the marred sections
