I should be getting them next week some time :thumb: Oh plus other goodies :woot: :woot:

The 3M backing plate is wicked...that's all I use...well not unless I'm using a wool pad then I have to use the regular Lake Country backing plate..nothing wrong with the regular backing plates it's just that the foam in between the backing plate makes a big difference...well at least I think so :2cents:

so do the 3m baking plates wear down? i know the yellow ones i have dont seem to wear down, looks like they will last for years to come. Are the 3m the same or are they more dispoable like a pad.

I've been using the 3M backing plate for quite a bit now...mmm...can't remember how many vehicles I've done with the same bacing plate and I have no complaints...it has some war woonds though but nothing that will destroy it....keeps on going!!

Now we are talking backing plates right..not foam pads..um..right?

ohh and there are now 4 bar lights, with 2 bars each.. my garag is going to glow

yeah there the standard 8ft cold start bar lights.. should be nice and bright. Im looking at getting a few more of those plug in bar lights ofr the corners but we will se how bright these are first, should be good.

sowhat are these t5 lights, you have me intrigued... ohh yeah what kind of insulation did you gow tih in your garage? im looking at the standard r14 fiberglass insulation (like the pink stuff)..did you go with the pink stuff (or other colours0 or the hard sheet stuff?

i want this grage to be the bestest ever.. yeah i said bestest

lol...I hear you Calgary, garage is the best place for man :scared: oh wait no females around

The T5 are wicked...they are very effient, thing buggers too...alot thiner then the regular T8 and have an output double the T8's :wicked:

I'm just waiting to receive the fixtures to replace the existing fixtures and I'm good to go wooohooo.

Insulation...walls got the R14, yes PinkPanther stuff...there is better insulation but I felt this would do....but the roof got double time :muscle:

The roof is where you would want to concentrate that and around windows...well that's what I did
