Hey all, Im looking for a product for wheel washing maintenance. I use meg. WB to get them clean then apply wheel glaze or sealant. I normally just us a bucket with some shampoo in it, but was looking at a spray product. Ive been eying CGs Diablo wheel gel. P21s seems a little to expensive for me. What else is a good wheel product that wont strip wax but still clean the brake dust and grim?

if you got your wheels sealed, soap n water should do
you could try Autogylm Custom Wheel Cleaner, maintained wheels = u can dilute it
    diablo will probably strip stuff.

soap and water is what I use on my personal car as well as clients after I have sealed the wheels.

or you can dilute an APC 10:1 I guess

If soap and water is enough to get them clean then I would stick with that. You can always mix it into a spray bottle if that's all you're after.

Yeah.. If you're just trying to avoid using a separate "wheels" bucket witnnsoap and water, try 1-2 oz of car wash soap and 30oz water in a spray bottle. That should work great.

car shampoo and water + a wheel brush is all you need.

Another vote, shampoo and water for maintained wheels.

That is pretty much what I do, have some CG Maxi-Suds II in a foaming spray bottle and spray and uses brushes when I have a LSP on my wheels to clean them up.

Thanks, Ill try the soap/water in a spray bottle. Why do we always make things harder then they need to be? I was looking for a way to avoid mixing up another bucket of wash water. This should work.
