    Dudes,

Looking to try a new tire dressing. Would like to hear what everyone's favorites are. Let me know why you like and how long it usually lasts.

    Thanks for any feedback!

I have been very happy with Optimum Opti-Bond (Diluted 1:1) and 303 Aerospace protectant (no diluting). Both leave a nice matte finish after application and a quick wipeoff with a microfiber to get the excess off.

I need to try 303, Duragloss, PERL, and many many others. I really like trying different dressings. So glad I found sites like this so I could learn that tire gels aren't the best option.

    2. Prima Nero
    3. Megs Hyper dressing for use on trucks.

Phil, for how long would PERL last. Because i thought it was a more durable dressing for some reason. Since its a protectant for leather, interiors, and trim.

just put the new tuff shine, supposedly more like a clearcoat and 6 months durability. not sure of durability but it looks perfect to my old eyes. a bit more than matte but not too shiny

Thanks for all the replies guys. Looks like I'll be trying quite a few.

Does Bold and Bright give a matte shine or glossy?

I'm liking Gloss-It Signature Tire Gloss so far.

Prima Nero leaves a nice matte finish.

Meguiars NXT Insane Tire shine is ridiculous gloss but is silicone based :/

More of a glossy look but not greasy.

my only issue with the NERO is it does not last as long as VRT, if it rains........ good luck. LOL

I picked up some Megs Endurance, its actually not bad for OTC.
