wow, the definition of too much free time. and a good example of the attitude of "if it won't work for me then it just can't work" kinda like the mythbusters episode where they tried putting foil in a microwave. They decided it can't do anything really destructive because it didn't when they did it. Yet I saw first hand at work years ago when a guy that didn't understand the way a microwave works put a huge wad of burritos all wrapped in foil in one and it blew a fist sized hole in the door. Few people seem to understand what anecdotal evidence is.
Does this mean the original LS400 was smoother? Lexus quality isn't what it used to be and that is a sad fact!
This is why the lawyers have the companies put disclaimers in their ads: do not try this at home, done by professionals, caution coffee is hot so do not put it between your legs. I am sure he wanted to brag to his buddies. Now the guy has broken glass everywhere - a real hazard.
yeh good thinking only filliing the glasses half way to prevent it scratching the hood double the amount of water hitting the hood would definitely scratch it the glass?.....nah, its the water that scratches
Well guys, this guy has gotten him some views. Including the likes of Lexus. They responded! One thing I noticed is that they rev it very slow to avoid movement to engine mounts. They use champagne glasses with water switching them out if they are bad, and level the car. So... I think this might be doable on other cars as well.
