I may be very wrong here but doesn't Japan produce the Cquartz products? I was wondering with everything that has happened to those poor people last week, the last thing they are thinking about is making more CQ and the rest of their line. Is this stuff going to be on major back order, or is it even made in Japan? Don't know *too* much about it so I was wondering. Thanks
CQuartz is made in Japan but i'm sure he got enough stocked up in Korea (ongoing production isnt justified in business if you dont own the factory/dont sell in high enough mass to justify continual production) in the long run.... I would hope that the factories get rolling again without blackouts and power shortage gets fixed but yeah I think the Tsunami affected areas were mostly farm land area.
The Factory in Japan fortunately is in the south , they did had some pause in production, but its ok.. we have stock and they continue to produce wish that these things would be our problems comparing to whats going on there...very sad .
Yes extremely tragic and I did not want to say anything because it is not life or death like they are dealing with. I just thought about it when I was looking at what I needed to order. Good that there are no issues, I feel sorry for them though.
