What is the correct IPA dilution for IPA wipedowns post polish?

I have a 70% v/v bottle from wallgreens, but if you guys can just tell me the correct amount of water:IPA concentration that's supposed to be in the bottle I can do the stoichiometry

 

I generally do 50/50.

 

I've been diluting 91% IPA 1:4 with distilled water, so a little under 20%, but I actually prefer CarPro Eraser in all respects except price.

 

I use 50/50 with DI with 91% and 70% and 15% with 70%

50/50. Just buy the "Eraser".
