What size tank and how many horse power is your compressor. It does sound like It is to small...:shrug: You know that there is only one thing to do right...buy a bigger compressor...:thumb:
I have a big compressor and a small compressor. My small compressor is 2 HP 20 Gallon. Even the the average air tool being 4 to 5 CFM It still fights to keep up if you are doing a medium task. Some sanders have even higher CFM's like 8 to 10 which would kill our small compressors. In my humble opinion. This air sander or any other air sander is only going to cause you grief. I have already tried what you want to try. You now the ole saying about trying to get 10 pounds of poop in a 5 pound bag. Good luck Bro...
