folex has always worked great for me on them type of seats when it comes to removing water stains. them seats seem to stain very easy from water and anything. if you have an extractor that would help also, my process is spray with folex scrub lightley and than extract and make sure all water is sucked out, than dry with a towel.

Water stained it in the first place, so be careful using more. Do you have access to a steamer? If so, spray Folex, or an equivalent cleaner to the seats and then steam it with a white terry towel wrapped around the head of the steamer. That would be the best method.

Try using some APC such as Opt Power Clean if you can't get fabric and or carpet cleaner. Is the stain from salt or something elese? Water by itself should not stain automotive cloth.
