Look for a really good all purpose cleaner. One i can use in and outside weather its tires to really bad scuffs on doors or even on leather which one is my best bet and if i buy the bulk do i dilute?
Optimum is probably cheaper, but I never used it so I dont know. I vote for blitz. Love that stuff. Of course I have w99 for tires and degreasing.
As far as I know, W99 is the stronger, degreaser version of Blitz more or less. So I would not recommend trying to use it, even diluted, on interiors. It will handle bad exterior stuff much better than Blitz, however. That is why 1z makes both of them as separate products, They can't always be interchanged.
