    hey guys i've recently bought a 2007 silverado and the previous owner had a full body wrap on it. the problem is there is still glue stuck in certain spots ,gas cap, close to the rear bumper and mudflaps. please tell me how to remove this glue safely, i've tried washing with tons of elbow grease no luck, clay bar no luck . please help i just bought a pc 7424 xp and im dying to use it , but i want it spotless before i start to polish.

    search around a bit, but I would try 3M general adhesive remover, and I believe a heat gun (not hair dryer) can help too. Do some research first though before you use a heat gun on your truck. Doesn't take much to fubar something with one of those. Let us know how it goes.

    goo gone. Works great when I removed a vinyl roof.
