I just busted open my PC today. Stuck on a 4" pad and cranked it on.

Is the PC suppose to vibrate really bad and its really noisy. I looked on youtube for videos and mine does not sound as quiet as theirs... Mine has a clicking noise near the head of the PC. :waiting:

Its due to that plastic cover. Find some bolts that fit inside and tighten it up. That will stop most of the vibration and noises :thumb:

You mean bolts to fit where the handle suppose to go?

Yup. Just go to any hardware store and they should have it. It helps a lot IMO

Do you have to do this to every one. Is this a design flaw. I have never heard of this before...Thanks...

That's the thing with the PC, it's some what of a safe machine to detail but honestly I couldn't stand the vibration. I mean hands going numb, tingling..ect..ect..I only owned and used my PC for a month, after that I moved up to the Rotary (Metabo) and have never looked back. Even the Flex has too much vibration for me but that's just my personal taste, I'm stuck with my Metabo as backup I have the Makita but I mainly use the Metabo, just personal preference
