Using a Matikia 9227 to polish healights?

    I read about a guy who used his Makita with a 3" pad to polish out his headlamps; is there a backing plate that lets you use 3" pads on this big rotary? :shead:

    i have a 3" backing plate but i usually just end up using a big 5.5" or 6.5" pad on headlights.
