Ultimate SCG Review coming...

Well I've been working with SCG and just got in a shipment of stuff to try out. I'm getting a new car soon and can't wait to try out all of the stuff and do a massive writeup on all of it. I haven't tried most of the stuff, but the stuff I have tried I've loved. As far as the company and customer service goes, they are AWESOME. (I repeat, AWESOME)

I've never heard of Black Max, and I'm assuming it's a new product or something. Stay tuned fellas....

 

I've tried Beyond Black Tire Pro, and Clearly Better Glass cleaner and both products are as you said awesome.:thumb:

 

Surf city has some really good products. I really like their grime destroyer, clearly better, beyond black tire pro,dash away, and both quick detailers.

 

Yep. The Glass Cleaner is good stuff, doesn't streak. I LOVE BBTP. It's my favorite tire dressing. Deep black, not a lot of gloss, lasts a good amount of time, and no sling. Cannot beat it.

I've heard dash away is good on leather seats and carpet too. It's a strange product but I'll definitely be doing some odd tests with it. Grime Destroyer is good, but I feel it's too strong in its bottled form and needs to be cut 1:1.

 

The glass cleaner is really nice. The beyond black tire shine is nice too!!

 

What's the deal with the clay product?

 

I think it's like a pure paint cleaner without the added sealant.

 

I've read you can get a lot of these at Napa Autoparts.
I need to run down to my local Napa.

 

I'll have to try dash away on leather and carpet and see how it works. Yes grime destroyer is some strong stuff neat. I have two bottles, one at 1:1 for cleaning wheels and another at 2:1 for bug guts/road grime.

Their entire lineup is available at pep boys also.

 

Dash Away says carpet, cloth, vinyl, and smooth leather. I think they sent me a 24oz bottle but I'm not sure. It sounds like an APC of some type.

That's good to know. I did a product locator on their page and the closest thing was the pepboys across town. Not even the Napa near me had it..

I'm gonna have to get over there and maybe try the tire dressing and window cleaner... along with pick up some Autoglym HD Wax for 20% off.

 

I have been an avid Surf City Garage user for quite some time and have reviews of the products you have listed on several forums.
