I received a sample of Tropicare's Sunburst sealant and about 8 weeks ago I thought I'd try it out on my wife's car. This car was not polished or well prepped before hand. I foamed it with an APC/soap mix to strip any other waxes. I didn't even claybar, straight to sealant LOL.

I'd say 8 weeks later it's still holding up great! I had some issues with lighting and was trying to keep my camera from getting too wet in the rain.

Nice! From what I've heard if you top it off with RBOE it looks even better then JS109 topped with RBOE...how does it looks on it's own?

It looks great! Beads up like nuts and the car has kept pretty clean so far. I'm happy with it.

Did you find it kind of watery, lifemal?

I have 2x coats of sunburst topped with 915, and man it beads awesome! Parking in and out side, still going strong with no booster waxes/spray waxes for the last 4 months.

It was pretty watery, it surprised me. I went to pour a little on my applicator and a whole lot came out; along with a profanity or two.
