Man that is a wicked turn aroudn pirex, I've been meaning to ask you how the removal of the stickers went? Was it easy? Would you mind explaining your process of the removal of the stickers, I don't think I've done any sticker/decol removal my self. The before and afters are quite drastic buddy, really brought that vehicle back to life. Well done....I'm sure you won't have a problem selling that vehicle oh and with the work you put in to it I'm sure you will make some extra on it too Thank you for sharing.
Thanks for the compliments Nica It was pretty easy to remove the stickers, and it was MANY I used a heat blower, a strong one. Just warmed up the sticker, den used my fingers to rip it of. Comes of easy when the heat warms up the glue. It will be some residue after the glue. I used Autoglym tar remover to remove that. Just put some on a mf, and scrubbed it off. ARO or pb bug squash would work here maybe. Thats about all Oh, and I have a buyer on the car. What it looks now, I will earn a good coin on it Enough for 2xvintage + some more
I've heard of this product but I can't say I've ever used it...mmmm...I'll look for it and see if I can find it and purchase some of it. I wonder how ARO would handle such residue..mmm...thanks for the tips buddy.
Woo hoo good thing you put it here so we can discuss the non ag products you used . Well, I notice only one product is non AG and that's Autoglym tar remover. How's that with removing sticky stuff? I'm glad you got a buyer Pirex! The detail was definitely worth it, now you can come down to California and visit Eazy E's grave in Compton yeah right we'll get shot! hahah.
Sweet, sounds like you will have some extra ca$hola buddy...that's good because that will help your plans for the winter. This Autoglym tar remover, is it any good pirex? I've been contemplating ordering it but I haven't heard anything bad about it all positive feed back what's your say on it?
Klumzy: Hell yeah, I am going down to show my respect! Oh, hooters next Nica: Yeah, it will help me big time! I think the Autoglym Tar remover is very nice, STRONG TO. Removes about what you want. But don`t harms the paint. I would ordered it, if I was you. Autoglym has some great products.
Sweet turnaround:applause2:.....I hate taking sticker off.....Yes #105 will last and last and last...LOL.....All it needs now is DG #271 on the front bumper....Trust me on that....
Thats awesome Pirex! Flipping cars sounds like fun. Here it is quite a bit tougher. Great job on the decal removal! I am impressed.
