Thoughts on Brinkmann?

I just ordered a Brinkmann Dual Xenon from Phil along with some other goodies, just wondering what your thoughts are on this light? It's pretty inexpensive and I think it will be a good secondary light when paired with halogens. I'm excited to get mine and test it out. Just want to know how you guys like yours.

I like it along with my halogens, Infratech CM5300 and Fenix TK11.

I bailed on the halogen and converted to metal halite

 

Metal halide for me as well. The Brinkman does work well and you will be happy with it.

 

Do the halides produce a lot of heat?

 

Ive never used halogens so I cant compare the two but my 400w halide does throw off some good heat.

 

I have one and love it... especially not having to buy batteries for it...

They're so cheap its stupid to not have one.

 

Just keep it charged. I didn't use mine for a while and the batteries turned bunk. I took the liberty to take it all apart, which was fun.

 

yeah thats why I ordered one and no batteries will be good to have as well

 

How long is the battery life on one of these?

 

It's a must have, especially if you can't afford to get the Sun Gun.
