My newest range of products to be added to my growing collection, this is what FedEx gave me today:






The smell of Bare Bones and the P40 Detailer (when did they change the name from Pro Detailer?) was just stunning!

It's also a great load of clay from Sonüs (with lube) and Meguiars, some empty clear bottles and chemical resistant sprayheads, 3 pack of red applicators, spotpad backplate and pads.

This is not my whole collection, as I'm gonna take some better pictures later showing all I got

 

Those red applicators are amazing. You'll love the Viton sprayers too.

 

Where did you get those crystal clear spray bottles? I have a few I got from CG that I love, but shipping from them is a bitch and I've been looking for a better alternative to get more.

P40 is awesome. Its the only spray detailer I use on my personal car...... Love it. Its nice change to have a carnanuba based QD. You will love those USP spray handles, they have really good feel and atomize very effectively.

 

Very nice haul.My prediction is you are gonna drink the teeny bottle of BareBones and need the gallon to actually use on your ride.LOL Its good stuff.

Love CG Pro Detailer aka P-40 Detailer I have a gallon of it, its my favorite QD by far and I have several.

 

ive looked on US plastics for the crystal clear bottles before and the only ones i could find were not the "vertical cylinder" shape like the ones like the OP has here. am i possibly missing them on US plastics?

The sprayers are awesome, I got like 6 of them already, so this was just an add-on Looking forward to try the applicators, I think I will use them as tire applicators

 

I buy most of my gear from Shinearama, this included. For me, the shipping is quite cheap.
The only thing that annoyed me a bit was that the sprayers were too long for the bottle...so I guess I have to trim the tube a bit

Soft wash gel is very popular on other side of atlantic, some people here just don't like it.

Just like OTC product here is desired sometimes other places. People in US want european OTC brands. Grass always greener lol..

Yes I'm excited about the 3M tyre restorer, I once watched Mr. MiracleDetail himself use it, so hoping I won't be sorry. Until now I have always been using Meguiars Endurance High Gloss for my tires.

The Soft Wash is actually not being used that much, I was just refilling since my old bottle was almost empty

 

the tyre restore is a very underrated product. My neighbor put some on his dakota, no slinging, and it went on very even. Very good OTC product

 

so the clear plastic bottles are from US plastics, what about the chemical resistant vitron sprayers?

Bare Bones is usually a shade of blue not red. Did CG change their formula for the 1000th time?

What scent is it now? (and who do they claim they are making it for today?)

 

I don't know if they changed their formula, but yes I have seen blue Bare Bones, but my bottle contains red BB. The smell is kinda like Meguiars Endurance tire gel..

They've also changed their formula for the previous Pro Detailer Carnauba, which now is called the P40 Detailer. This is the answer Chemical Guys gave me: "For some reason lots of people were confused with the Pro name so we made it P40 also changed the formulation to make it a lot better.... more shine and no streaks."

Can't wait to test all my new products!:gidiup:
