My car works for its living... Its not a garage queen, its a car that is used on motorways to country back roads, to muddy farm tracks, in all weathers - it was bought to be used, not sit around looking pretty But that doesn't mean I dont like to try and keep my car looking as good as it can... regular washing, little and often has been the key for me, and after a quick wash tonight I rolled it out into the good weather and couldn't resist a few pics Car last machined last year (October IIRC), wax regularly topped up and careful washing process adopted - pretty pleased with how its still looking... Yeah, I know, soap in the tyres ... Had to drive through it to get out of the unit, but a lot worse will be on these tyres when the car goes to the beach tomorrow :lol::lol:

Cheers Its a workhorse, that S60.. likely she'll rack up nigh on 30,000 miles this coming year, but I always buy my cars to use them - wont let it go until I've got quarter million miles on it!

Dave, it looks unbelivebly good considering its colour and milage (how many miles is on that thing anyway)? But you are missing one thing on it - window tint...without window tint, I personally feel NAKED in a car...maybe it's just me, but all my cars that I had, and now own have window tint. I feel it adds a little bit more privacy...I don't like when people are staring on me, every time I stop at traffic lights...:drinking2:
Nearly 70k on it just now, its just over 3 years old. Window tints are less common in the UK, a few more legal loopholes to jump through here for them, especially on front side windows.
I see. With all the hot sun we are getting in California, it's a must for me...although they don't really like when you have window tint on front windows, so I try to keep it as light as possible...
