The fenix is a winner during blackouts

Lost power few weeks ago during a snowstorm, as my maglite began to fade I ran to the garage and got my fenix, with it I made a fire, somer cereal and read a book.

Well tonite due to a nasty rainstorm yesterday we lost power again. Broke out the fenix and I'm movin around the house like a champ.... No need for the huge heavy maglite that doesn't even come close to the tk 10 in brightness

one more reason to buy a fenix if you don't already have one.

Btw iPhones help greatly in the even of a power outage as well.

I always have my Fenix on me for such occasions as we get a lot of windstorms here. Windstorm + living in forest=power outage!

 

Love my Fenix too!!! Used it last night at a really bad car wreck. We choppered 2 out. No street lights, where the helo's were. Just a big open field, down a county road in rural Mississippi. Well, I had my trusty little TK11. Its with me all the time when I'm working.

 

too bad I didn't have mine on my used the old school mag last night.

 

Its impressive the amount of light that comes out of this little flashlight.

 

Put a diffuser on them and can light up a room pretty darn well and not have really bright spots to make it hard to see what you are doing.

 

No more fenix. Currently at a Holiday Inn, lol.

Power may be out until thursday, no hot water, electricity etc. the house was ice cold last night.

Hopefully it comes back soon, although they have Twilight on the in room movie menu..... hmmmmmmm :headbang:

I got a Fenix TK11 on the way. Almost makes me want to lose power

 

will have to try it out...although my brinkmann worked well during an earthquake this morning

 

My Fenix is so cool it cleans my apartment while I sleep.
