Well I recently got into this fun and rewarding hobby/addiction and am starting to build up my collection. I figured I'd share it with you guys and if you had any suggestions that would be great as well. All-encompassing shot, Sonax, IPA, CD2 Engine Detailer and Spray Detailers on Top. Polishes (M105, M205, XMT Polishing Line 1-4, Menzerna 203 and 85RD), Sealant (Menzerna Power Lock), Glaze (Meguiar's #7 Show Car Glaze, XMT Carnauba Glaze), Some LSP (Natty's Blue Liquid Wax, Meg's #26 Hi-Tech Yellow Wax), VRP Dressing, Megs Interior Natural Shine Protectant, Mothers Chrome Polish and Back to Black, Meg's Leather cleaner. 3 Boxes of Autoglym HD Wax (Thank you Walmart), Poorboy's Clay, P21 Polishing Soap, DP Wheel Glaze Microfibers, Pads, and Other Tools and of course the PC
It looks like a good start. Photo tip: Your pics seem to be classic white balance issues. Be sure to set WB balance to flash or sunlight.
Haha I've noticed that a lot. Everytime I'm on this site I see more and more stuff that I want to buy. I've got some DoDo Juice Banana Armour on the Way courtesy of that deal at Obsessive Detail.
Lol everybody keeps scoring Autoglym HD for cheap. Too bad there isn't the same deal north of the border
Oh I PM'd Misha about it but shipping charge was surprisingly expensive. Misha got me a quote of $16.99 shipped to my house. :gross:
That's true, but assuming there are no other charges. Whenever I order from the states, I am faced with duty charges and other random taxes. From reading around the minimum duty fee is $5 shipped via USPS, but other companies such as UPS and FedEx charge more. So with the $36.99 + $5.00 along with an uncertain amount on taxes (which are always charged to me in my experience) that would be a minimum $42, most likely a few dollars more. In the end, I would save maybe $5 off the wax. Not really worth it after all unfortunately.
