so around 3 weeks ago when justin had the sale going on the Ultrapremiums, i decided to take advantage and order a bunch to check out. well long story short, he mailed them out to me, and after a little more than a week, i PM'd justin to see what was up. he informed me that i should have gotten them, and then shortly after informed me that the PO had sent the package BACK to justin for some reason, even though i never recieved a notificationn or anything. well justin sent them back out again, this time to my PO box, and guess what, without notification, the PO sent the package back AGAIN. for a reason unbeknownst to me. well after the second time, justin let me know he got the package back and we agreed to split the shipping and i gave him my girlfriends address to mail them to. third times a charm i guess. justin informed me today that he mailed out the package again, and i should recieve it in 2-3 days, and not to worry about the shipping. as this was my first order with obsessive/ragshak, i am very pleased with the quality of customer service and justins willingness to take care of business. i have a feeling this wont be the last time i order from him, but next time i'll just have my items shipped to my girlfriends again, lol. (i have to do that with all my packages/orders now, its rediculous).
Justin is the man, all my orders have gone out next day no matter how late I placed them...always comes on time and great!
