    A made a post a while ago....

I finally got around to getting it detailed. Some bad weather and the appointment book too full, I finally squeezed it in.

When I arrived, the car was in good condition. I would say 7 out of 10. The interior was dusty and had greasy fingerprints on the roof. The exterior was alright. Some water spots and very minor swirls, which stunned me a little. There was body work done on the drivers side, rear door. You could see the sanding marks through the paint, along with some spots that had been touched up. You could tell it was a driver and not a show car. Some minor paint chipping here and there, along with the front, drivers side fender lip where the 22 inch tire caught the fender.

    On to the pics:

    Interior:
    Everything scrubbed down with APC
    Glass w/Stoners IG
Leather cleaned with my blend of chemicals
Leather treated with CG Leather Conditioner
Plastic and vinyl dressed with Stoners Trim Shine
    Carpet vac'd and shampood

    The Exterior:

Wash GC Citrus wash and gloss. (not a big fan of this soap)
    No claying was needed.
    Wheels with Megs Wheel Brightener
Tires and Wells with Purple power 1:1
Paint was polished with Menz SIP- Green LC pad via PC, to remove the light swirls, and it did a fine job.
Sealed with Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant
Tires Dressed with Tropi-Care Tire and Rubber Dressing
    Glass with Stoners IG
Engine wiped with MF and Tropi-Care Premium Detail Spray and Dressed with Stoners Trim Shine.

Great detail. It looks beautiful. I'm a big Mopar fan. Love the paint job and everything about the car...:thumb:

It's good in a sense that it cleans well, but I find myself having to rinse a lot longer than with any other soap. I feel it leaves a film, which I do not like. Oh well.

well tb cwg is supposed to leave a film that is the gloss part.
if you like the way it cleans then pick up some citrus wash clear.

That's what I figured. I just don't like it I guess. It was given to me by a member on here. I tried it and just didn't like it. To each his own though.

I heard the clear wash is some good stuff. What are your thoughts on it?

The differences between the Citrus Wash and Gloss and Clear are their functions. CWG is meant as a maintenance soap, although strong, which leaves a gloss like a QD would between washes. CWC is a stronger soap in my eyes, and leaves no film. It's great for pre-details.

Very nice work Chris, love it!

You might have just convinced me on the Tropi-Care tire dressing. What are your thoughts on it?

I hate the version I have. D2G said they reformulated or re-did it. I do not have that version, but he said it is pretty decent. I have yet to try it out myself though.

I've seen the car in person at Sunshine too, but you were nowhere to be found Chris.

Looks wild in person..... not really my cup of tea, but the exhaust note sure sounds nice.
