Tar Spots

Tardis...can I get it...does someone have some they want to sell?
How do you use Tardis?

3M Adhesive remover...what's different about this VS Tardis?
I can get this at local autozone
mainly need for spots on wheels, and behind wheels on bodywork.

I would just pick up some Tarminator, Tardis isn't that much better to make it worth the hassle. Or make some, it is just supposed to be a 50/50 xylene acetone mix?
