Ok you know me i will post process later tonight :gidiup: FORGIVE THE DIRTY GARAGE PLZ!!! haha Ok so the process: 1.. Washed the wheels with water a. Sprayed P21S wheel gel on wheels. Let it sit for approx: 15 Minutes b. Scrubbed the wheels down and rinsed off. 2. Washed the car down with Water a. Used Foam gun w/FMINUS organic mix b. Went from top to bottom with MF Mitt using Bucket with Gritt c. Washed the car with water after 3. Drying a. Got a waffle weave and wiped down the entire vehicle b. Used other MF towels for the the trims c. Used Costco MF towels for the wheels 4. Claying a. Just used CGs lube and worked all over the car with it. 5. Polish a. Got the FLEX and used 106FA w/ orange pad b. Also used the Metabo for surfaces that were easy to work with(hood, trunk) c. Then washed the vehicle again to get rid of all the Polish Dust 6. Wax a. Used Swissvax pre wax cleaner with FLex w/Black Pad b. Applied the Swissvax Concorso by hand and let sit for 20 mins c. Sprayed a small mist of water on car while wiping off wax d. Enjoyed the finish 7. Convertible Top a. Sprayed CG Convertible top protector 8. Had the client look over it a. viola! Done Polishing: Done wax and client getting into car and leaving
Nice work.. Questions: What size canopies are you using? Is that little yellow machine in the reflection (5th pic down) a pressure washer? If so what kind (specs)? Lastly, where did you get the PIMP out hat!!!
Great detail, black's always fun to play with. That S2k will be a real quick little thing, turbocharging those motors makes them some real fun.
That vehicle looks great, the engine bay looks wicked. Don't like the orange peal so much :shrugh: but oh well. I like the reflection you got on it, looks great. Black colour vehicles are very rewarding when detailed properly. Thank you for sharing.
