    excellent customer service once again. i just placed a small order for a couple things i might need for this weekends work and realized i had placed the order with a mistake regarding my shipping address. i emailed DD asking them to correct it for me before shipping in the morning, and in literally LESS THAN A MINUTE, Sue Kim, from DD emailed me back saying it was no problem and she would take care of it. WOW. it was almost scary!

    They were actually watching you type your email up, and has a response ready BEFORE you even hit "send".

    That's how they roll over there...

    Every time I have emailed them I get a response back in <2min....it is freaky I'm telling you! Great service by everyone over at DD, just got some MFs in today, woohoo!
