I got a few on my windshield, few on the mirrors and some on the back windows, they are not really noticeable at all when car is clean but when i drive at night and the street lights hit the glass i can see them pop right out, the glass is not perfectly clean as i want it to be.

Ive heard about claying glass, ive heard about vinegar and newspaper methods, heard about fine steel wool with dish soap, but i want to know what really works.

You have any products you would recommend and how they should be used?

keep in mind, i dont want to use any machine for this process, just want to do it all by hand, but if i cant achieve what a machine can by hand when it comes to the water spots on the glass then ill have to go with machine, but im pretty sure there must be something out there that i can use and achieve perfect clarity on my glass. :D

You will achieve greater success with a DA yellow 4" pad and megs 105, but yes try the vinegar first. You will find it very, very difficult to damage glass with a DA.

Ive had very good results with yellow pad with: Zaino glass polish, Menzerna Powerfinish and Mark VI water spot remover

There is something that you can use and it's called Duragloss Nu-Glass. Works like a champ and you can do it by hand or machine. Obviously machine is faster. What i normally do myself is do about an a inche and a half from the rubber by hand and then the big middle area by machine. You'll be amazed at what that product will do.

Thanks for all the suggestions guys :D

If vinegar doesn't work, ill look into buying some Duragloss.

DP Glass Restorer is my new favorite glass polish. A lot less dusty than the Zaino and Duragloss glass polishes. The DP polish seems to rely more on chemical polishes than mechanical polishes. I've learned my lesson about trying to remove scratches from glass. Waterspot removal only now.
