I dilute Opti-bond 1:1, but it's still a fairly thick liquid. I do not want to dilute it more than 1:1. Is there a sprayer out there that could handle thick liquid?

I use the Home Depot ones you can pump up...the wheel acid is probably the thickest material I've put through one wiht no problem...and they come in a big size too if you want.

If you want a trigger sprayer that can spray thick gels in a fan patten pick up a p21s 5L trigger sprayer. I use one for Diablo cut it 3/1 and still gives me a fan spray with no issues. Sprayer is very well built and have no issues.

Solo sprayers should be able to handle it. I can shoot P21S Wheel Gel through the Solo sprayers without any issues.

Tolco 640 Big Blaster sprayer. Phil @ DD sells it with a 36oz bottle for $7. It will spray anything, but the only thing is that it's a super high-volume sprayer - sprays 2-3 times the amount of product as a standard-issue chemical resistant sprayer.

Of all the spray bottles I've used, the Sprayco bottles I talk about in this thread are the best ones. I've used CG Diablo in it and it sprays that nicely. The spray heads also last longer than anything else I've tried. The bottle I mentioned in the thread with Tardis in it finally quit working after a few months of having Tardis in it. The one I use for Wheel Brightener is still going strong, and has been for months now. I buy mine at Northern Tool.

i gotta ask this question. do you tend to keep the same trigger/bottle with the same family of dressings/chemicals. you wouldnt try cleaning out a trigger with water to try and get the residue out to use it for a less harsher chemical like a quick detailer right? i tend to think you would always demote the bottle/trigger to use something harsher. any input appreciated.

For me, it depends. If the bottle used to hold something that's dilutable with water - APC, glass cleaner, that sort of thing - then sure, I'll reuse it for something different. If the bottle used to hold something oily, like say tire dressing, then I only use it for tire dressing from then on. For the ones I reuse, I clean them very thoroughly with hot water and Dawn. And make sure to run the Dawn solution - and straight water afterwards - through the spray head by pulling the trigger.

I think of it in the same way I think of towels and applicators. If a towel or applicator has been used in the past to apply vinyl dressing, tire dressing, or something like that, I don't use it again later to clean glass (for example).
