    Hi guys

recently bought 3 kwazar 1L bottles and have been having problems with the bottle i use with my P21S wheel cleaner

the trigger is locking and i need to give it a good jab to pull the trigger back, almost like its clicking in place

anyone experience this? if i dont let the trigger return back to its original position, so only pull and let go at 50% travel it works fine

I bought these a few months back and have had the same problem with one of them. It's the one I use for my IPA and I use it often. Usually it seems to work fine, but on occasion it does stick like you explaining.

I put a sprayed it with a little WD-40 and it seems to help some. Still gets stuck on occasion, but not as bad.

I'm experiencing the same issue with one of my bottles. It works fine after spraying it a few times.

That's discouraging to hear. I'm on the edge regarding taking the plunge and investing in these bottles, but for the premium price, I'm expecting pretty much flawless trigger action....

i have 6 of em and dont seem to have problems with water based products (and high dilution ones). maybe u can try pulling off the cap at the end of the "straw" which should let more liquid in instead of getting like air locked (if it may be that)

I don't think it's an issue of it being air locked. At least not with mine. I have 3 of them and I use them for my APCs, IPA, & Degreaser. All of which are extremely watery. It almost feels like something inside is getting locked up or snagging on something.

Either way it only happens to one of my bottles and it's only for a second and doesn't really effect it's performance. Overall I'm extremely happy with these bottles.

That indeed is discouraging to hear. As mentioned for those prices i would expect a pretty bullet proof sprayer at least for a while. I know nothing last forever and things eventually break but after only a couple months of usage seems like maybe a factory flaw from the mass production.

As JPerrydore said WD-40 should work.
