Looking to get a couple spray bottles, not sure how many to get... Possibly wanting to get a couple from HD, How many people have the kwazar ones and love it? I dont know if its worth the price tag, although though i would love to get a foam one
http://www.usplastic.com/catalog/item.aspx?itemid=22899&catid=471 I would start here with these. Great price and reasonable shipping also.
I'm in the have Kwazar bottles and love them category. Aside from the double pump, the spray is more adjustable than the Spraymaster bottles and the Kwazars are more stable when you set them down. I haven't tried to use them with anything extremely acidic, base or solvent-y (really, why would you?) but I have stored them with OPC at 3:1, CG Diablo at 3:1, 20% IPA, etc. in them and they have been fine. The big Venus Pro compression sprayers also seem great but I haven't used them long enough to determine ultimate durability. IME big box store .5l - 2l compression sprayers are craptastic.
I have the Kwazars and wouldn't buy again. Basically its a $13 trigger on a $1 bottle. The Griots Finest Sprayer ($3) moves a ton of liquid and its very adjustable. If you have to do a lot of spraying, things like APC etc, then the 1L pump sprayers are the ticket.
I have a 2 kwazars for wheel cleaner and clay lube and then a ton of the wide mouth ones from usplastics for all my other products...apc, window, tire shine, 303 protectant, and all my other specific cleaners.
Grey top sprayers from USPlastics is all I use, and they take wheel brightner like a champ which is one of the most caustic products you can run through a sprayer, it atomizes the products to a very very fine mist. bottles also have dilutions ratios printed on the bottle so that is a plus as well.
i dont want to get from usplastics, im in canada, shipping is going to be a pain in the ass! Link for the grey top sprayer? i searched no luck? ,maybe under another name?
Hey man, For regular sprayer, try this http://www.homedepot.ca/product/zep-pro-sprayer/903471 For foaming, try this (don't guarantee it'll foam) http://www.homedepot.ca/product/spr...t-white-polyethylene-tank/310114#BVRRWidgetID
Meg's chemical resistant sprayer for me + Meg's bottles. HD ones are not so good for chemicals.....trigger gets stuck, then you need to apply some WD-40 and then repeat the process. I believe same applies to Kwazar sprayers.
^ The RL-Flo Master is great for something like clay lube. It makes covering the entire panel effortless as you don't have to go wild pressing a regular spray trigger. From my experience, the Zep spray bottles don't foam for me. I bought a Griot's foaming sprayer head just for kicks and those actually work quite well. It uses way more product but does a great job of foaming. Otherwise, my go to spray bottles are Werkstat ones. The spray head is the same as the ones given by Chemical Guys and the bottle is a nice size, coming in at 16oz.
