Damn that seat isn't cheap. I was looking at getting an adjustable seat height wise.
Who here uses seats when detailing? Or do you guys just crouch?

 

I was thinking about one of these, price is good and pretty functional. I will bring some in closer to spring.

Another thing that I use is a detailing bucket with gamma seal and pad, it works out pretty good, rolls around nice. Car Wash Bucket with Grit Guard Insert on Wheels by Sonus

 

I'd be interested in the Griot's one. Although I have the Sonus bucket with dolly and must say it rolls around so smooooothly!

I have a Sears Craftsman stool (no pun intended considering the previous quote) that is height adjustable and has decent casters.

I find myself crouching though, but have to admit crouching is not an uncomfortable position for me.

ive got a snap on seat, have been using it for over a year now when correcting, only realised a few days ago it's height adjustable

definitely helps

 

I use a stool all the time. I have a fixed height Snap On and a generic adjustable height stool. I much prefer the adjustable height version. Going to pick up a second one and turn it into a trailer for the one I'm riding!

 

I was gonna post the griots one also I been looking into getting that seat with my next griots order

 

I have a 2 in one from Crappy tire, is does the trick, plus I can lay it flat and lie on it when need for the lower panels
