Sonax Wheel Cleaner on Audi RS4 Rims

Here you go guys another quick write up on Sonax Wheel Cleaner.

Simply beautiful! No brushing is quite impresssive.

Where is the water beading coming from? Should all wheels bead water aftr being cleaned with a decent cleaner like that? Just wondering.

 

I cannot wait to try out my bottle of Sonax! If it can do that WITHOUT brushes, imagine what it can do WITH a brush...

 

I don't need more stuff Phil ... why do you keep torturing me?? LOL

When are you going carrying the larger sizes? I might be interested in the near future.

Phil, in your opinion, would this cleaner strip wheel wax such as PB wheel sealant?

 

in my opinion all wheel cleaners will take some if not all wheel wax/sealant off. in fact even car wash soap can. I feel your better off just putting another coat on after you clean your wheels.

not trying to call you out just want to stop having to clean all the nooks and crannies of my 10 spoke audi wheels.

To add my $.02, after picking up my own bottle of Sonax from Phil:

Okay, so got the Sonax in a week ago, took vacation and had to wait to get home to try it out. Not to steal the thread, but to add on to Phil's review.

Original Dirty wheels (about 2 weeks of brake dust/road grime then sat for a week while we went vacationing):

2 Specks left inside, but otherwise sparkly


It did a great job, minimal labor - in short, excellent. Left a small amount of residue, but all of this came off with a quick wipe of a microfiber.


In the end - great job, cleaned all the way through. Same job with my other cleaners (Simple Green and CG Citrus wash) but really takes almost no effort in comparison.
