man i am so upset right now i had to vent some where. so i have a signicade made last year, its an A frame sign made of plastic. my buddy who is a graphics art guy did the lettering in vinyl like the ones used on autos. looked great, put it out every day for 6 months and no problems. this morning my daughter goes up front to get some food, since we're in a business park there is fast food. she comes back and says dad wheres the sign?? i was like you're kidding?? she says nope its gone! i walked up front and asked all the business open today and no one saw a thing. man it burns me that you cant have anything nice with out some one ruining it for you. i know it only cost me 80 dollars, its not the money! its the fact that some one stole from me. i mean if you have a business and cant afford a nice sign, make it out of wood. if you dont know where to get and want one ask. dont take things that belong to others. now i'm going to have to make a wooden one. money is tight and i cant afford another sign stolen. luckily my buddy saved the file he did the first time and is printing me another one tuesday. man that pisses me off! sorry if its a long rant but it really bothered me. :devil:
thanks guys. i doubt i'll ever catch anyone. all they have to do is strip the lettering and its like new. the guy a few stores down has one. but its a bit smaller than mine and i told him to keep an eye on it.
I hope they give it back. That was a very unfair act that you didn't deserve. I'm very sorry that you had to become a victim.
Nothing sacred today, no matter where you go. Could be a thousand reasons why this was done, and not one would make sense. Real sorry to hear and hope someone comes front. Makes you want to put another sigh up, and that one be a little more direct.
Sorry to hear that Jose. Maybe you could put some sort of embedded tracer or Lo-Jack on your next A-sign.
