Soiled rocker panels

I use a different wash mitt when I go down low on the car since it is the more soiled areas of the body. I try to pre treat with an APC while I do some wheel work. This really doesn't seem to work all that well in getting off the baked on road kill and grime. Im just curious what others do. More so in the way of reducing the time spent cleaning these areas. Some times it can take me longer washing the bottom 0-8 inches of a car then it does to rest of the body.

I use P21s total auto wash all purpose degreaser stuff works great I use it all the time for bug crap let it set for a few minutes.

 

and do you wash it off? Or brush, scrub, and if so with what?

Well I use a Meg's MF mitt to wash it off you have to use some pressure.
