Coming soon... this is a product we've been testing extensively and are really starting to fall in love with. A soft launch will be happening this Friday then the full push will culminate during out Labor Day sale. Figured I'd share some of the pictures from our testing to show you guys how good this new glaze is.

    Highlights -
Now a hand glaze, we found the new formulation liked to clog sprayers so we've gone to a pour top.
Much shorter cure time than our Spray Glaze - which could take upwards of 20 minutes - this stuff is dry in under a minute and ready for removal.
Deeper/Wetter/Darker shine... especially evident on reds and blacks. Does really good on metallics.
Filling ability is off the charts.

Starting with this Camaro (belonging to my brother) we did a quick wash, clay, and single stage correction using Adam's Fine Machine Polish, White Pad, and a Makita BO6040

Next... the soon to be released Adam's Brilliant Glaze... both Ryan and I have spent some significant time playing with this product and its blown us away!! It was applied liberally using an Americana foam applicator, it was even tested on the matte black stripes with VERY positive results.

Last came a coat of Americana to seal the whole thing up... this combination has been one I've played with a lot lately (Glaze under Americana) and it yields some seriously stellar results:

Noticed some water runs in the wheels from the car moving, used a heavy dose of waterless wash and cheap-o mf towel. The tires were treated to a generous helping of Super VRT.

What the new glaze does for metallics is nothing short of amazing. The paint appears darker and the blues and greens in the CGM paint just came to life:

SOME MORE TESTING COURTESY OF CAMARO5RYAN

These testers were only wiped down with waterless wash, no polishing done... excellent demonstration of the filling ability the product has:

Here's a few photo's of the new Glaze in action - I clayed my neighbors hood on his 98' chevy 1500.

The 12 year old paint shows it age:

I taped it up and applied the new glaze:

After removing the glaze the difference in color and appearance of swirls was amazing:

I've come to like glazes recently. They can help in situations where you can't polish down anymore (thin clear).

This looks like great stuff. The current adam's glaze works great and is easy to apply and remove.

Definitely looking forward to trying this.

They also help in situations where you simply have no time to polish even if there's room to go before you can't polish anymore. Great for dads with kids and no time to polish for 5 hours.

hey adam what kind of price tag will this item carry and can it be applied by a DA or a Rotary or is it best applied by hand?

This is a very nice improvement over our current spray glaze... which is nice, this just takes it up a notch in all the categories. I'm happy to see this one finally get an update - its one of the oldest products in our lineup.

Agreed. While in an ideal world we could all waste a weekend polishing away, it just isn't feasible all the time. Plus, for times when you do get down to "perfect" this will make the paint a little darker so even over perfect finishes it has uses.

Price will likely be in the $22-$25 range... I've tested it by hand and by DA... either one works great. I recommend only foam be used for application, microfiber apps just left it uneven. Its VERY thin... almost sprayable, but not quite. So it soaks into the foam nicely, you just need to give it a little squeeze to get the last bit back to the surface for application.

I've been using our Americana Paste Wax applicators with it and like the way it goes on.

No emails, no promotion, basically it will be announced across all of our sponsored forums and thats it. Simply b/c its been produced in a relatively small amount to start... come labor day we'll make the BIG announcements, email everyone, push specials, etc.

Pretty much any forum I'm on will get first crack at the product beginning Friday until the current supply sells out then it will go official with our Labor Day promotions.

    im confused

the op talks about a non-spray product yet those test pics on the neighbours suv shows spray bottles ???

is this a spray product like Prima Hydro ?

Well one is the original Brilliant Spray Glaze. The second is the new Brilliant Glaze. We found that after we started spraying the new formula it actually coagulated in the spray nozzle. Therefore the new Brilliant Glaze has dropped it's spray nozzle for a pour spout.

The neighbors truck was the first time I was able to play with the product and still had a spray nozzle on it.

No its totally different. Hydro is a wax as you dry spray wax. The original spray glaze is more like Prima Banna Gloss in application

We have a lot of the team in Carlisle as I type this for Corvettes @ Carlisle. We also sent a small batch of the new glaze up there for sale... if you're local you could drop in and check it out.

The old formula was a spray... the new one is a little thicker and tends to clog sprayers so we went to a hand or machine app.

    Bingo.
