Was out at the local Big Lots! today with my wife and came across a bunch of ArmorAll 3packs of the MF towels FOR 2 DOLLARS!!!! :yikes:. I have used them in the past and they are OK but at 2 dollars there going to be great and I won't feel so bad sacrificing :worship2: one to the Detailing gods on future jobs.

I bought them out of them :) 12 packs....

Wipe them on a CD , if they scratch the CD they will scratch paint!

^ that's how i test my paint cleaners before use, to see whether they have abbrassives etc

i already know lime prime is going to take alot of work on solid black to work in without leaving behind marring

those towels look pretty decent. what could you possibly expect for $0.66 ea. Be good towels for misc stuff be it interior wiping, door jambs, rims, glass etc . . . .

as mentioned previously just give them a run on a cd and see what happens and make your decision according to the results

the only decent AA microfiber is the orange x-large microfiber drying towel (iirc it was $4), other than that i would stay away from all the others...

Yes but remember, there are many name brand MF products out there that are simply re-branded cheaper MFs. Take for instance Chemical Guys: they distribute detailing supplies to other retailers who in turn have rebranded them and double or tripled the price. Besides, it must cost a fraction of what they cost to produce anyway.
