Smoke damaged leather

Does anyone know what I could use to clean smoke damaged saddle bags, from a Harley?

 

If the damage is just from the odour you could try Em Clean which deals with this sort of problem and is safe to use on leather as well als fabric.
Odour can be a problem sometime as it can penetrate very deeply. Sometimes ozone is needed to totally eradicate.
