Sisters 02 VW Beetle (trashed interior)

Since my sisters car was having some problems I had to loan her one of mine and go and pick hers up (what a joy driving back home ). After I got it fixed I thought I would give it a "quick" detail (wash/vacuum) which turned into a pain, lol. I think this is the first time the cars been cleaned since she got it a few years ago.


Interior
Vacuum with shop vac (6hp) - vacuuming, brusing, vacuuming, brushing...
Carpet/seats spots treated with 303 carpet cleaner
Carpets/seats scrubbed with a mix of Meguiars APC (4 ounces) and Oxy Brite (1-2 tablespoons)
Carpets/seats "Extracted" with the BLGM
All interior panels scrubbed with Meguiars APC (4:1)
All interior panels protected with 303.
All glass cleaned with Stoners Invisible Glass.

My wash supplies. Emptied the rinse bucket twice.



I tried to get a pic of how dirty the car was as I was washing it, you can kind of see the line in the center of the picture. (the bottom half of the door was unwashed)

The water drops on the car is b/c it rained last night.

I know I missed some things (didn't get a chance to shampoo the carpets or seats, so yes there still stained) I hate VW carpet! Luckily I got her floor mats when she bought the car or else I think I would have just got new carpet, lol. The lint on the dash is from the cheap MF towels I was using.

I've read all three of your posts and buddy, if anyone deserves a nice clean BMW or Merc to detail, its you!! Great turnaround.
