As it says on the drivers side mirror, this 08 Z06 is "Simply the best". This was more or less a new car prep but was put off for about 6 or 9 months due to my health issue but I finally got to it. Again John, I apologize for the delay. This car was a pleasure to detail and really did not need a lot of paint correction other than 2 small dull areas on the edge of the roof which were buffed out with a rotary and some Menzerna PO85RD to bring the level of shine up to the rest of the car which was gone over with an orbital and some Zaino ZPC. That is after it was clayed via Zaino's clay which is one of my favorites. I used Adams QD as a lube. Windows were done with Stoners Invisible glass on the inside and Zaino on the outside. Leather seats were cleaned with Z9 and Z10 and door panels dressed with 303 Aerospace. We also removed a few stickers from the windows that were outdated and cleaned any adhesive residue. My helper, sorry, she did not want to appear on the internet and will probably kill me for this shot. All I can say is little hands can get into little spaces and she is one of the best interior and wheel cleaners there are. Thanks honey. Getting ready to polish. After claying and polishing with Zaino ZPC I applied a few coats of Z2p with Z6 inbetween and finished up with CS/Z8. This is a killer combo on silver cars. I wished I had a beter camera and lighting as the pictures do not due it justice (maybe it is the camera operator) but the car looked amazing and the owner was thrilled. Here are a few shots. Exhaust tips polished with Mothers Billet.
