My father in law has a 2008 dodge caravan and there are all these spots all over the hood, almost looks like hardwater, but I clay the hell out of it and even hit it with M105 on the wool pad then 205 and foam pad, but it didn't even touch the marks. I will be doing a full detail on this car in the spring but I'm wondering if its etched into the paint. How would you go about trying to fix it...I was thinking trying a small area and wetsanding.
