Second generation self-center pads?

    I looked at the link..how do they self-centre? I don't see self-centering anywhere on that page??

    It's basically a 7.5 inch pad and in the back the Velcro is made perfectly for for a 6inch backing plate. do you do not have to center it. It's hard to tell from the pic. but it has a 6inch diameter slot for the backing plate. I was wondering if anyone ever heard of it.

    That's interesting because the foam pad I received from Rubbish Boy from the UK has the same thing but it's a smaller pad.

    It will fit the 3M UK backing plate perfectly making it easier to centre.

    I bought 4 of them from CG and the self center Velcro really helps. It fits perfectly with the backing plate, and the backing plate is snug along the walls of the play to prevent any lateral play. :D

    First pads I ever bought for my new PC haha.

    No, Sorry I have never used them and I didn't see the self centering at first myself. Looks like it might have potential...:shrug:

    I looks like a spin-off of the 7.5" Lake Country's variable contact curved edge pads, except they don't look like they'll be as durable.
