    Hello,
I was working in my garage and I dropped a screw driver on the rear door of Black BMW. It had a scratch for about 1 inch. Any advice to how reduce or delete that paint scratch would be appreciated.

    Thanks
    Moheb

    apply touch up paint
apply touch up clear coat (maybe)
    wet sand it
    polish it

Is it through the paint? I.E. is it just a bit duller black, or a white/silver scratch? Try the fingernail test also, see if your fingernail gets caught in the scratch and let us know.

It's white/silver scratch and I can feel it with fingernail too.

+1 for Dr. Colorchip.com - amazingly easy, works every time, the clear is mixed in the paint so it shines, and its reasonably priced. Amazing color match as well; they will want to know the paint code of your car, so they can get the correct paint.

    Good luck !
